We want you to be completely satisfied with your ferm LIVING purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
